What should I know about my shipping address?
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. If you need to make changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once processing begins, your shipping label may be created, and changes might not be possible. In such cases, please contact USPS with your tracking number to reroute your package. -
What if my item isn’t delivered?
If your order is not delivered due to an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at vibesofpositivity@yahoo.com, and we’ll assist you with reshipment. Note that the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
