When do you restock?
The items currently in stock are displayed on our website. I do regular drops, so please follow me on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for updates on the next drop!
Help! What size should I get?
Most of our apparel is unisex, but some styles are specifically designed for men or women. I recommend checking the size guide for each item. If you prefer a baggier or cozier fit, consider sizing up for added comfort.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Please note that you may be responsible for additional duty or customs fees depending on your location. Check with your local customs office for more information. We are not liable for any customs fees.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 2-3 business days. However, during major launches or restocks, please allow up to 14 business days for shipping.
How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once your order ships, you'll get tracking information. Please allow a few days for the tracking details to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, no changes can be made, including item selection and personal information. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before confirming your order. Cancellations are not accepted at this time.
What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will receive a refund in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee and a $5 processing fee.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. If you encounter any issues with your order, please email vibesofpositivity@yahoo.com within 10 days of delivery, and I’ll help resolve any concerns.
